|Process||To submit a warranty claim, make sure your product is registered at altigoproducts.com and submit a claim through the site. Proof of purchase and a valid credit card number are required. You are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Return damaged product to Altigo within 60 days, if requested.|
*Screen Protection Products include screen protection and non-battery cases sold in a product bundle which includes screen protection.
Altigo warranties are subject to the terms herein. You must register your product at altigoproducts.com before it is warranted. Products purchased at altigoproducts.com are automatically registered. Warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end user of the product. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized vendors.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Screen protection and non-powered cases with screen protection (“Screen Protection Products”) are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Altigo warrants Screen Protection Products against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased. To make a warranty claim, go to altigoproducts.com, ensure your product is registered, and provide a valid credit card number and a photograph of the damaged product. Altigo, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange it with a product of equal value, up to a maximum of five (5) times. Altigo may replace the returned product with a pre-owned product in new or like-new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Altigo warrants all other products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years, as applicable, from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. If you register your product at altigoproducts.com before the end of two-year period, you will receive a six (6) month extension on the warranty coverage period. To make a warranty claim, go to altigoproducts.com, ensure your product is registered, and provide a valid credit card number. Altigo, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange it with a product of equal value. Altigo may replace the returned product with a pre-owned, certified refurbished product in new or like-new condition. You must also return the damaged product to Altigo, if requested. Failure to return the original product within sixty (60) days will result in your credit card being charged the full retail price of the replacement product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products for any reason. Proof of purchase is required. To return a product, go to altigoproducts.com. You have the option to replace the product at no charge or exchange the product with a product that is of equal value.
ALTIGO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. ALTIGO’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD-PARTY DEVICES OR THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO ALTIGO SOFTWARE OR TO ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. ANY ALTERATION, CHANGE, MODIFICATION, OR REPAIR (OTHER THAN REPLACEMENT OF A REPLACEABLE COMPONENT) MADE TO THE PRODUCT BY A PARTY OTHER THAN ALTIGO OR ALTIGO’S AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. ALTIGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF ALTIGO’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. ALTIGO’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALTIGO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS ALTIGO FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ALTIGO RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND ALTIGO’S WARRANTIES. ALTIGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE WARRANTY TERMS AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
The benefits conferred by these warranties are in addition to other rights you may have depending on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of these warranties is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.
